Easy Pork Tonkatsu

  • 4 Plain crumbed Australian Otway Pork schnitzels
  • Tonkatsu sauce, for drizzling (found in the Asian food section in supermarkets)

To serve

  • Steamed rice
  • Finely shredded cabbage
  • Sliced green onions
  • Halved grape tomatoes


Step 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place tray in the oven. Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.

Step 2
Place schnitzels onto the preheated tray. Cook for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and rest for 1 minute.

Step 3
Slice schnitzels and arrange on rice in shallow serving plates. Drizzle schnitzels with tonkatsu sauce. Serve with shredded cabbage, green onions and grape tomatoes.
