- 2 packs of Otway Pork cutlets
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 fresh peaches pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- A scattering of fresh basil leaves
- 1 pomegranate seeded
BBQ pork cutlets with grilled peaches

Method
Step 1
Remove Otway Pork cutlets from refrigerator, allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or so
Step 2
In a bowl mix maple syrup and olive oil well, lay peaches in mixture and set aside
Step 3
On a hot BBQ grill, place cutlets on the hottest part of the BBQ and cook for 2 minutes
Step 4
Move to medium heat and cook for a further 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside to rest
Step 5
In the meantime, in a hot frying pan, cook the peaches in the maple syrup juices turning regularly for about 2 minutes or until lightly golden
Step 6
Arrange cutlets on serving plate with peaches, scattered basil leaves and pomegranate seeds
Season with pepper
Serve at once. Enjoy!
