Ham & Apple Sauce Toasted Sandwich
 
								Ingredients
- 
4 slices sourdough bread (or bread of your choice) 
- 
Butter, for spreading 
- 
Mayonnaise, for spreading 
- 
Dijon or American mustard, for spreading 
- 
ΒΌ cup apple sauce 
- 
200g Otway Ham 
- 
4 Swiss cheese slices 
- 
Olive oil spray or oil 
- 
Dill pickles, to serve 
Method
- Place bread onto a board. Spread with butter, mayonnaise and mustard. 
- Dividing ingredients evenly, top 2 slices of bread with apple sauce, ham and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Top, mustard-side down, with the remaining bread. Lightly spray or brush with oil. 
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add sandwiches and cook, lightly pressing occasionally with a cooking slide, for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese has melted. 
- Serve immediately with dill pickles.
