Ingredients
- 1.5kg American-style pork ribs
- 1 cup good quality smoky BBQ sauce (American style)
- ¼ cup mild American mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Mexican Taco seasoning
- Coleslaw, to serve
Method
Cut ribs into serving-sized (about 2-3 ribs each) portions. Pat ribs dry using paper towel.
Combine BBQ sauce, mustard, honey and taco seasoning in a large bowl. Add ribs and toss to coat well with sauce.
Place ribs into a 5.5L (or larger) slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high or until very tender.
Heat a grill on high heat. Transfer ribs onto a large baking tray lined with foil. Brush ribs with the leftover sauce from the slow cooker. Grill for 10-12 minutes or until glossy.
Serve with coleslaw.
